Strada Product’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. Strada Products shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product, including, without limitation, loss of profits or revenue, loss of data, or any other commercial or economic loss.

For the warranty claim to be valid, the pumping liquid must include only thin, clean, non-corrosive and non-explosive liquid which shall not contain any solid particles, fibre or mineral oil, and the pump must not be used to pump flammable liquids such as rapeseed oil and petrol.
